this is a bamboo toy. the wheels are made from old flip-flops. the kids here make them. I am hoping to be able to send them back home to try and sell to help raise money for them to pay for school.

A suicide bug. Actually, I don't really know what this is called, but they keep flying into the house.. BAM. And then sit upside down on the patio until they either get eaten, or die...and if you flip them over they do it again.
